Quail Lemon Pepper Sandwich
Ingredients:
12 quail breast
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 fresh tomatoes, cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
Radish sprouts or other.
Artisan bread, sliced and toasted
Mustard, to taste
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a pan add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sprinkle the quail breast with lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Cook on medium-high heat until lightly brown.
Toast bread slices and spread mustard on each slice. On one of the bread slices, place the sprouts, then the sliced tomatoes, and finish with the quail breast and red onion. Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slice.
