Caesar's quail wrap

Ingredients:

  • 12 quail breasts, diced to taste, with or without the skin

  • 1 cup of bacon, cut into small pieces

  • 2 Romaine lettuces

  • Caesar’s sauce

  • 4 large tortilla wrap

  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

In a pan, brown the bacon over medium-high heat, then remove excess grease using a paper towel. Set bacon aside.

Remove the quail skin, if desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a medium heat pan, cook the quail breast until lightly browned.

Shred the Romaine lettuce and set aside.

Take a large tortilla wrap, place lettuce in the middle, add Caesar's sauce to taste, and arrange strips of three quail breasts and bacon.

Fold the wrap starting from the bottom, then the top, and wrap it carefully.

For a better taste, you can heat the wrap for a few minutes on the grill.
