Panko Quail Breasts
- 6 Quail breasts
- ½ cup Panko
- ½ cup flour
- 1 large egg
- Vegetable oil
- Honey mustard
Season the quail breasts generously with salt and pepper.
Place Panko, flour, and egg (beat until blended) in three separate shallow bowls.
Take one breast, lightly cover with flour, immerse into the egg mix, and put it into the Panko.
Then immediately fry, in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Do the same with each quail breast.
Serve with homemade Honey Mustard, which is made with 2 spoons of honey, 4 spoons of mustard, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, 1 spoon olive oil and a dash of lemon juice.
